The Meteor'88 is a low top sneaker inspired by the concept of retro-future. It celebrates the late 80’s vision of the future, combining both retro and modern design details. It is handcrafted from contrasting panels of premium leather and/or suede, a rubber cupsole and soft terry cotton or polyester lining. Pick your preferred colorway or customize your own pair. A clean and crisp white and powder pink sneaker, versatile and stylish. All the leathers used in our custom shoes are gold and silver rated by the Leather Working Group and adherent to the Leather Standard by OEKO-TEX®.

Shipping:

All of our products are made to order in a craft workshop in Portugal. After your order is processed, we try our best to dispatch them within 15 days and we will keep you informed about the entire process, from order to delivery.

Care: 

Plain Leather: Apply a thin layer of leather balm and once it’s dry, gently brush to keep the finish of the leather always in good conditions. Opt for softer hog bristles to make sure you don’t damage your sneakers. A leather protector spray is also an option to consider.

Suede: Use a brush to gently remove any dirt or dust. Brush in the direction of the fabric’s grain to avoid damaging it. Dry stains can be removed by using a white or brown gum eraser. If it doesn't work we advise you to visit your local cobbler and get additional advice.

Nubuck: Nubuck cloths are the best option to remove dirt and shiny spots. Wipe in several directions using circular motions and make sure you cover the entire nap area.

Rubber Soles: Clean the dirt with a dampened cloth and carefully soak the sole in a mixture of water and dishwashing soap. Make sure you don’t soak the upper part! Use a toothbrush with the mixture to scrub your soles. Once it’s done, dry the sneakers using a cloth.

I am Lucas, an 18-year-old Brazilian who is persistent and focused, having learned from an early age that nothing in life comes easy. I grew up facing challenges that taught me to value effort, discipline, and the will to succeed.
Three years ago, I made an important decision with my family: I left Brazil and came to Portugal in search of opportunities and a better future. This change required courage and adaptation but strengthened my ambition even further.

Sport, especially basketball, has always been one of my greatest passions. More than just a game, it represents perseverance, consistency, and a winning mindset. I dream of becoming a professional player and work every day towards that goal. At the same time, I have developed an interest in entrepreneurship and management, as I believe success is also built off the court, with vision and strategy. I want to succeed both as an athlete and as an entrepreneur.

I am sincere, humble, proactive, and ambitious. I can be calm when needed but also attentive to the people around me. I adapt easily, am creative and determined: if there’s a 1% chance, I will try until I succeed.

The sneaker I created reflects who I am: minimalist, confident, and straightforward. Its simple colours show objectivity, while the details reveal care and attention. It is an extension of my story, my mindset, and the path I am building towards success.|section-left||section-right||section-right|
